Blow Molding and Shaping

Then the mold is tightened properly and high pressure compressed air is injected into the mold to spread the resin in the corners to match the wall of the Cosmo round bottle. The cool walls of metal will instantly transform the resin into a rigid shape. There are different sizes of molds that are measured in ml. You can choose the size.

Demolding and Trimming

After some time the demolding of the bottle starts and a cosmo shaped round glass bottle is released. The excess plastic is called moil which is automatically trimmed away.
