SHIPPING POLICY

We do not start working on your order until we have your artwork and files. Our team has to review them and ensure they meet our requirements. You also have to approve the version of your work either on the computer or on a printed copy. You have to pay for everything including delivery charges. When you place your order on our website you can choose how fast you want it to be processed. This means you can pick how many business days it will take for us to print your order and get it ready to ship. You have to approve the proof before 10 AM. Your production speed and printing turnaround time will start after we have all these things.

We do our best to print and send your orders on time. Boxetto Packaging is not responsible for any problems that happen because of delays in shipping or delivery. You understand that Boxetto Packaging cannot be held responsible if your order is late because of weather, the shipping company is slow or there are issues with customs. Some things can cause delays that we cannot control. If there is a delay because our printing equipment breaks down we will refund any money you paid for faster shipping. Once you place an order it cannot be canceled just because it is taking a little longer to print.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. 

Boxetto Packaging offers free 5-business-day ground shipping to one place per order in the United States of America. There is no shipping weight limit for this service. If you want to send things to more than one place you have to pay extra for that.

Boxetto Packaging does not promise that your things will get to you on time. We are not responsible if your things get lost, damaged or stolen when we are shipping them to you. Boxetto Packaging will not pay for things that get damaged when we are shipping them. If your package gets lost or damaged you can tell us about it after 20 days from when we sent the package.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address or make any error in the submission of the complete delivery address, then we will charge additional shipping and handling charges for reshipping.
